Payment Terms & Methods

Our payment terms are Net 30 days following the completion of a satisfactory credit check. We accept credit card (Visa or Mastercard only) or bank wire transfer. Payment via credit card and bank wire transfer must be received in advance of shipment.
The astonishing renewability and versatility of natural fibres creates lots of new ecologically positive possibilities at a time when they are desperately needed. It’s our mission to bring these wonderful resources to as wide an audience as possible.

Shipping Policies

All orders send through Bluestar logistics, our active partner in freight and will need to be signed for. Delivery is deemed to be effective when the delivery company receives a signed receipt or delivery docket confirming that the goods were received. If the packaging is damaged, please do not sign the delivery docket and contact our customer service immediately. We are happy to ship your order using your preferred carrier and billing your freight account. We may also select a freight carrier of our choice if you elect to have freight added to your invoice.


If you would like to return your Aussbond product due to buyer’s remorse or manufacturer defect you can do so within 14 days from the date you received it. Please contact customer service to begin the return process.
The product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of product that is not in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our distribution center and a 25% restocking fee will be applied. An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number will be given to you and it must be written on the outside packaging of the item so that we can identify your return.If you believe that your product has a manufacturer defect we request that you explain the issue to us and encourage you to email us photographs to help us evaluate the issue. Aussbond has the exclusive authority in its sole discretion to determine whether a product is defective. If a product is determined to be defective we will, at our option, (1) replace the product at no charge or (2) issue a credit for the original purchase price of the product (shipping and handling not included).
Please understand that natural fiber rugs will exhibit normal irregularities that are an inherent quality and part of the character of the rug. Each rug is unique and variations in weave and shading are normal and to be expected. In fact, these unique characteristics should be celebrated.
